A unique HR international encounter recently took place in Zagreb, from 13th to 16th October, 2013. In collaboration with ATTF - Agence de Transfert de Technologie Financière, a POG partner for many years, POG members Viviane Harnois and Yvonne O'Reilly designed and delivered a challenging, future-oriented seminar entitled:
« HR @ the Crossroads – Bringing out the Best in Your People »
This seminar was offered to past participants of the annual POG led ATTF seminar, , « Exploring HR Best Practices: Multinational Perspectives », which each year, brings together a diverse group of HR professionals from developing countries across the world - from as far as Mongolia and Vietnam to El Salvador.
In Zagreb, 15 alumni of the multi-national seminars met to reflect on the challenges facing business leaders today and the strategic opportunities for HR to influence business success through innovative ideas for developing people. The group exchanged experiences and ideas in thought-provoking conversations, exercises and workshops over the 3.5 day programme. The feedback received was highly enthusiastic.
